On Wednesday 19 January the Independent Fiscal Commission for NI briefed the NI Assembly Committee for Finance on its Interim Report “More Fiscal Devolution for Northern Ireland?”.
Paul Johnson, Chair of the Commission, delivered a presentation on the report’s findings to the Committee. Paul was joined by two of the other Commissioners, Cathy Gormley-Heenan and Iain McLean, to answer questions posed by the Committee members.
After the meeting Committee Chairperson Dr Steve Aiken OBE said “this is a particularly interesting session and I encourage everybody, if you’ve got the opportunity, to read this wonderful publication”.
